Company History
In 1999 it started with a used CAT 311 excavator and 1 dump truck. In the beginning, the equipment fleet and projects were small, mainly excavation and cementation work, but the commitment to each client was large.
Over 20 years and hundreds of projects later Sandyston Construction is a modern, technology-driven, state-of-the-art civil services construction firm.

Founder
Billy Shi
Billy Shi founded Sandyston Construction as a small cementation and excavation contractor in northeast New Jersey in 1999. Billy now operates his firm under 3 divisions, fabrication, excavation, and foundations. His attention to detail is well-known, as he brings his personal commitment to every project and area of work. His team of professionals - industry veterans from the New York-New Jersey construction field, manage Sandyston's projects following Billy's lead on safety, production, and attention to detail.
