Billy Shi founded Sandyston  Construction as a small cementation and excavation contractor in northeast New Jersey in 1999.  Billy now operates his firm under 3 divisions, fabrication, excavation, and foundations.  His attention to detail is well-known, as he brings his personal commitment to every project and area of work.  His team of professionals - industry veterans from the New York-New Jersey construction field, manage Sandyston's projects following Billy's lead on safety, production, and attention to detail.
